Hard to find, not very clean and NO HOT WATER at the time

The address is incorrect. #22 is a real estate company and the actual site it 2 blue doors down. The entry door is decrepit with no door handle. The apt had no heat and no hot water, only half a toilet paper roll and no dishcloth. The TV had only films and games and no news. We tried to contact the manager but there was no reply. We left after only one night, instead of 2 and are trying to get a refund for the second night. The manager offered us a third night free but we had already decamped to a hotel that had hot water. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone, which a shame as we have always been well served by VRBO. We would appreciate help from VRBO in being refunded for one night.

Petite escapade 3 jours cite espace/ capitole

Logement très bien placé et le parking est très appreciable tout comme le balcon et l ombre du châtaigner. Cependant dans l appartement la vaisselle est un peu vieillotte et sale et il serait bien d avoir un peu plus de bols, assiettes,casserole....si l appartement est prévu pour 5! La douche serait à rafraîchir... Dommage que ce ne soit qu une smart tv...pas évident pour tous de la manipuler
