Don’t expect to sleep much; the reviews about it being loud from construction a year ago or even two years ago, are still prevalent today. The entire road is behind dug up outside and all night long they work. There is no air or AC so it’s stuffy and hot and one must keep the window open for air. We slept maybe an hour. We just laughed at our situation as it was impossible to sleep. A incidental hold of around 45 US dollars was taken when we checked in, which they didn’t ask or tell about until I saw it on my card. They also refused to give me a copy of the incidental hold receipt which was odd; they did say the hold would drop off the day I checked out, and it did, around 10pm or so the day of check out. The front desk staff was super nice checking in and checking out. The hotel is next to a refugee camp and giant ears were seen scurrying about. Great big mall next to the hotel if that is your thing and a place for many beers right across street; as well as KFC and Burger King in walking distance. Don’t expect to get any sleep if your room is on the street side.

Good place to dtay

Nice hotel at a good price. The rooms have an equipped kitchen area, a good power shower and comfortable beds. Basic, clean, comfortable accommodation and conveniently close to the metro

Nice clean simple accommodation

Very tidy basic hotel. Nice to have a small kitchen if you wish to cook for yourself. For €6 you can get a basic breakfast downstairs as well.

Nice place to stay in Toulouse

Room was small but very nice, and the kitchenette was great. Being just a short walk from the metro station made it easy to get into the centre of town. Also close to a shopping centre which was convenient.

Lovely clean place

A very convenient place with lots of parking. New paint smell is moment but very clean apartment and in excellent condition. No wifi on the 3rd floor but I am sure it is a minor glitch.

À ÉVITER EN ÉTÉ

SĂ©jour 3 nuits sous forte canicule obligĂ© de prendre plusieurs fois la douche car il n’y a pas de climatisation et en plus le ventilateur est poussiĂ©reux comme l’état de la chambre. Si vous demandez une serviette, on vous la refusera parce qu’il faut rĂ©aliser un sĂ©jour d’une semaine minimum. La literie est inconfortable les coussins sont Ă©pais mĂȘme pour la vaisselle, on m’a donnĂ© une Ă©ponge usĂ©e alors qu’elle devait dĂ©jĂ  ĂȘtre fournie. Pour le petit dĂ©jeuner, le grille pain est cassĂ© , on sert du NECTAR au lieu de jus et il y a des pots dĂ©jĂ  entamĂ© Ă  dĂ©faut d’utiliser des produits sous bliesters. Comme c’est un hĂŽtel social, la clientĂšle n’est pas respectĂ©e car nous sommes de passages !

Contents de la chambre mais poubelle non vidĂ©e de la cuisine (archi remplie) carte de la chambre qui doit fonctionner pour allumer l’électricitĂ© avait un problĂšme car l’électricitĂ© s’arrĂȘtait toutes les 3 minutes et on a dĂ» nous la changer ( la personne de la rĂ©ception Ă©tait charmante) la nouvelle carte ne fonctionnait pas pour la grille du parking. Ce systĂšme de carte pose un problĂšme car si l’un des deux quitte la chambre avec la carte ( obligatoire pour prendre l’ascenseur) l’autre est dans le noir dans la chambre et en particulier dans la salle de bains. La chambre et la salle de bains Ă©taient trĂšs propres. Personnel charmant Parfait de pouvoir se garer dans un parking fermĂ©.
