- A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, kettle, cooking utensils, pots and pans battery, espresso machine (pods not included), washing machine (detergent not included).



- A large room with a double bed (140x200cm), beautiful storage spaces and bed linen provided.



- A neat bathroom with a shower, large sink, storage, towel dryer and toilet.

The whole apartment is heated in winter (maximum 19° in the room) and air-conditioned in summer (minimum 24° in the room).

You can enjoy the whole place for the duration of your stay.



Although renovated and regularly maintained, the apartment has elements of the old (worn parquet flooring with traces, impacts and stains on closets and appliances, a little hard sliding door, some defects in places...). Rigorous cleaning and storage of dishes is the responsibility of every guest.



Systematically aerated, disinfected and sanitized and despite the formal ban on smoking, a residual smell of tobacco can be smelled.
