L'Annexe Beaupuy - BEAUPUY

The Beaupuy Annex is an old pavilion marking the entrance to a large and beautiful property, along the road from Lavaur to Beaupuy. The mansion and the park with century-old trees are visible from the gîte but are not accessible. The entrance gate opens onto a courtyard allowing parking for several vehicles. The Annex is surrounded by a private terrace allowing you to eat outside in fine weather and enjoy the living environment. Pets not allowed. The owners inform you that private access to the gîte via 11 route de Lavaur is not suitable for vehicles with low ground clearance and/or a particularly long wheelbase. In this case, entry via number 13 will be exceptionally possible and must be agreed in advance. The owners decline any incident on the vehicle following non-compliance with this warning. The village and its shops are only 1km away by car. A pedestrian path also allows you to reach Beaupuy in complete safety. From there, a bus takes you to Toulouse and metro line A (Gramont). The historic center of the Ville Rose is only 15km away. L'Annex is the ideal gîte for discovering Toulouse and its region and enjoying both the countryside and the city. On the ground floor: entrance to the kitchen/dining room area open to the living room, play area for children under the stairs, bathroom and separate WC distributed by a small corridor hosting the laundry area. Upstairs: hallway opening onto 3 bedrooms (1 bed for 2 people 140cm) (1 bed for 2 people 140cm) (2 beds for 1 person 90cm), separate WC. Reversible air conditioning on the ground floor, convectors upstairs. Wired and Wifi internet connection. Non-smoking gîte.
