The property features 4 uniquely named bedrooms: Souleilla with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a mezzanine accessed by a steep staircase, suitable for agile adults and independent children; Canal du Midi with 1 double bed and a private bathroom; Violettes de Toulouse with 1 single bed and a trundle bed available on request; and Cocagne with 1 double bed. Canal du Midi and Souleilla have private bathrooms, while Violettes de Toulouse and Cocagne share one. The fully equipped private kitchen opens onto rooms with pine floors, exposed stone walls and beams on the ground floor. For your comfort, you have air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, dryer, a baby cot and a high chair.



Cleaning is not included in the rental. Please leave the house as clean as you found it upon arrival.



Enjoy a private, unfenced 300 m² garden and an uncovered terrace with outdoor games like molky and badminton. A private barbecue is also available for outdoor meals.



The property offers 4 shared on-site parking spaces and street parking. Events are not allowed. Please note the facade is currently being renovated.
