The hotel is nicely situated close to the inner city, and easy acces to the trainsstation and central hubs. The rooms are clean, but a bit worn down, and the pool area is nice, as long as it is not to crowded. There was a buildingsite just in front of our room, which was super boost and made it hard to use the balcony, and we were promised that we could have another room to other compensation, but we never heard anything back from management, and we left without having received any accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay in Central Toulouse. Lovely clean duplex appartment that worked brilliantly for 2 adults and 2 teens. The hotel air con, ice machine and pool were very appreciated as it was very hot when we stayed. Pool towels are available from the reception. Breakfast was a good buffet and plenty for 2 boys to select from. Location was very central and we could walk everywhere. Very easy to find from the airport bus or catch an uber. Unfortunately our flight was delayed and we arrived after reception closed - we had a bit of trouble finding our way in (note: don’t go through the main entrance even if someone helpfully lets you in) but the lady on the phone was very helpful and patient and stayed with us till we were on and had our key. Thank you we will return.

I had a health emergency (bed bugs in my luggage, clothing) and could no longer travel. The hotel would not work with me on resolving a refund. I contacted the hotel before the check-in day and they would not help me and charged me for the full stay. Terrible experience, terrible customer service.
