(End 19th) 180 m2, five bedrooms,
where you can relax on our various shady terraces,
 while enjoying the freshness of our pool.
Near our villa you will find an excellent traditional bakery,
a casino (Spar) as well as several restaurants, Asian, pizzerias, ....

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub im Haus "Boheme" verbracht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den herzlichen, immer schnellen und hilfreichen Austausch mit dem Vermieter sowie das stimmungsvolle Haus, das so viele Geschichten zu erzählen vermag, und den Garten mit schönen Bäumen und Blumen und einem tollen Pool. Die Lage empfanden wir sehr gut, vor allem unter dem Aspekt, dass wir uns inmitten einer Großstadt mit idealer Ausgangslage für alle möglichen Unternehmungen befanden. Es war ruhig, vor allem auch nachts.Wir sagen herzlichen Dank für zwei erlebnisreiche, erholsame Wochen.

Une maison charmante et bohème avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour un très bon séjour. Ce qui est vraiment appréciable ce sont les espaces ombragés à l’extérieur et la piscine d’une taille et profondeur idéale. Pas loin de la mer en voiture. Bref nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

La maison est identique à la description. Le jardin abrite des petits recoins pour faire une sieste à l’ombre, la piscine permet de se rafraîchir. Et commerces a proximités. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Valerie août 2021.

Bohème cette propriété porte bien son nom. Extérieur superbe avec tous ces coins et recoins pour le repos, lapero, les repas et la piscine. Merveilleuse semaine en famille et nostalgiques quand on doit en partir tellement on s'y sent bien.

La maison est de tout confort. On a passé un agréable séjour, nous n'avons manqué de rien surtout niveau divertissement. La piscine et la terrasse sont idéales pour flâner sans penser à rien d'autre. Le bébé était content de voir les poules, le chat et les poissons rouges.

Un jardin d où l’on ne bouge plus !

Maison toulonnaise type dans un quartier résidentiel. Commerces à portée de main et Toulon centre à 5 min en voiture. Jardin très très agréable ombragé, magnifique glycine et piscine aux dimensions adéquates pour recevoir plusieurs ados ou pour quelques brasses. Très bien couchés, vaisselle en quantité ! Je recommande cette maison au top.
