We offer for rent our family home located in Mourillon in Toulon, very close to the beach with sea view.

Beautiful Bastide of 1800 full of charm, completely renovated and air-conditioned, in an elegant, secure and very peaceful condominium, at the end of a cul-de-sac, located in a very residential area and very well served.

Beaches 5 minutes walk away.
Also within walking distance of restaurants, sailing club, direct bus 200m to the train station and the city center on one side, beaches, coves, walks on the other.

The house can accommodate up to 12 people:
• 6 adults in 3 large spacious bedrooms
• 4 to 6 children in a large dormitory with bunk beds

210m² + very pleasant terrace of 40m² (Unopiu arbour) + garden of 80m².
First floor: Entrance – living room – fitted kitchen opening onto dining room - wc,
R+1: Master bedroom + bathroom and WC – TV area – youth dormitory (bunk beds 4 to 6 beds) – bathroom and WC

In summer, we prefer rentals of 1 week minimum.

The house is managed by the "Happy Home Conciergerie" concierge service: prepared beds, sheets and towels provided, cleaning at the beginning and end of your stay included. You will be welcomed by a person in charge of the management of the villa.
