You have full use of both dwellings and their outdoor areas with above-ground pool. ((open from 1 June to 15 September).)

66m², bright and spacious, for up to 6 people:
Ground floor:
- Main entrance with cupboards and fridge.
- Separate bedroom with double bed (140x200).
- Fitted kitchen opening onto dining room and living room.
- Living room with sofa bed, Smart TV, and access to the terrace via a bay window.
First floor:
- Spacious master suite with Queen-size bed (160x200) and plenty of storage space.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and mirror (semi-open with access from the master suite).
- Separate WC (accessible only from the master suite)
Outside :
- Covered summer kitchen with barbecue, sink, bar with stools, and dining table.
- Large L-shaped paved terrace with garden furniture under shaded pergola.
