Impossible de joindre l'établissement 24h avant mon déplacement.Dépot de plusieurs messages sur répondeur téléphonique. Absence du responsable de l'hébergement. Difficultés pour disposer des informations pour mon arrivée. 1er contact par téléphone à 22h30 la veille du départ. Remerciements à la personne qui a fait tout son possible pour me communiquer les info pour entrer dans l'immeuble 30 mn avant mon arrivée à Toulon à 18h45... Frigidaire trouvé avec une serviette de bain à l'intérieur pour éponger le dégivrage ! Une cartouche de savon de douche vide et une pleine sur l'évier... Aucune info sur le mot de pass WIFI Coupure de courant à 8h30 avant le petit déjeuner = plus de micro onde.

Pas assez de drap 2 petits lits juste 3 draps alors 1 lit avec 1 seule drap j ai rĂ©clamer un drap le lendemain mais il manquait de drap j ai du en prendre cher mes enfants. Odeur dans la chambre couettes et doubles rideau sale pas de tapis de salle de bain 1 rouleaux de papier toilette pour 10 jours pas de mĂ©nage. Mais le mĂ©nage n'est pas bien fait Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Il faudrait changer de femme de mĂ©nage oĂč lui apprend la propretĂ© .. par contre l accueil trĂšs bien elle a fait laver les couettes et ma donner une lampe pour l entrĂ©e qui ne marchait pas Ă  notre arrivĂ©e.

Établissement trĂšs simple, certains transports et supermarchĂ©s sont Ă  proximitĂ© mais en dehors de ça il n’y a rien Ă  faire autour. L’appartement n’était pas trĂšs bien nettoyĂ© et une odeur horrible venant des toilettes est apparue tout le long sĂ©jour

Établissement suffisant pour une nuit en dĂ©pannage car pas terrible Vieillot lit gigogne pas trĂšs confortable et surtout pas de parking et trĂšs difficile de se garer autour de l'Ă©tablissement. DĂ©tecteur incendie et divers manques

Nous Ă©tions deux dans le studio. La propretĂ© Ă©tait correcte. Cependant le double rideau de notre studio aurait mĂ©ritĂ© d’ĂȘtre lavĂ© et il Ă©tait dĂ©crochĂ© d’une attache ou deux. Nous n’avions pas de savon dans la douche comme prĂ©vu car il Ă©tait vide. Un peu gĂȘnant quand on arrive tard et qu’on ne peut pas en acheter avec le temps mis pour trouver une place de parking loin de la rĂ©sidence et le couvre feu Ă  21 h Une cafetiĂšre serait utile et Ă©galement des tasses Ă  cafĂ© car il n’y avait que deux bols. L’alarme incendie a sonnĂ© plusieurs fois la nuit . Nous devions appuyer dessus Nous ne pouvions pas la couper et nous avons dĂ» dĂ©crocher le boĂźtier mais vu que c’est un appareil Ă  pile Ă  usage unique sans possibilitĂ© d’îter la pile car tout est scellĂ©, nous avons attendu que l’alarme Ă  intervals rĂ©guliers cesse de sonner car impossible de joindre quelqu un pour nous conseiller.Elle s’est arrĂȘtĂ©e mais environ 2 h aprĂšs la premiĂšre sonnerie pas marrant !
