You will find a 5-room terraced house with spacious, very comfortable and cozy furnishings. The living/dining room has a sofabed (135 cm, length 190 cm) and a digital TV, with an exit leading to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, and freezer, also providing an exit to the patio and the swimming pool. There is a bathroom on the ground floor. The upper floor consists of three double bedrooms: one with a french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), a bath/bidet/WC, a fan, and an exit to the balcony; another with a french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan; and the third with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan. There is also a bath/WC on the upper floor.

The property offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. These include a terrace with furniture and a barbecue area, providing a panoramic view of the sea.
