The open kitchen, which is fully integrated into the living area, leads out to a balcony, where balcony furniture is provided and a panoramic view of the sea can be enjoyed. The single bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. The apartment was partly renovated in 2025 and is presented with cosy and functional furnishings throughout.
