The hotel is in an amazing location. The pool and sunbathing deck have a view of the rocky beach on one side and the town and castle on the other. The family rooms are incredible and the photos do not do the hotel or rooms justice. We found out the family suites are being renovated and ours was one of the best rooms we’ve ever staid in. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is my second time staying and I love it. My mother had some walking issues so it was a struggle going into and coming back from town. The staff went out of their way to assist when we couldn’t find a taxi. Hard to say anything bad about this property. The only negative if you would call it that is tv only offers one English Channel and no way to connect to Netflix if you wanted a night in.

This is a four-star doing its best to become a three-star. Staff is utterly indifferent to requests. The Spa is only accessible via Whatsapp message that never gets returned. The breakfast buffet is good, if not great. The dining space is quite nice, with great water views. Bed is very comfortable. However, the so-called sea view rooms mostly overlook the pool, with distant views of water.
