This charming accommodation is located just a 3-minute walk from the beach, making it the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the sea. The apartment has a large private terrace and can accommodate 4 people, making it ideal for couples, families or a group of friends who want to explore the beauty of the Costa Brava.

The interior of the apartment has been decorated in a cozy and functional style, offering a warm and comfortable atmosphere so you feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the living room offers a perfect space to relax.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds; a recently renovated full bathroom.

The apartment has sheets, duvets and towels for a total of 4 people.
It has ceiling fans, two radiators, washing machine, clothesline, oven, microwave, coffee maker and all basic products in the kitchen. Services: WIFI, Smart TV.

The privileged location of the accommodation will allow you to enjoy the proximity to the beach, as well as the gastronomic and cultural offer that Tossa de Mar offers. In addition, its proximity to shops and restaurants will provide you with the comfort you need during your stay.
You will be living in someone's home, so please treat the house with care and respect.

Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in from 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out before 11:00 a.m.
- Self check-in with keypad.

During your stay:
- Maximum of 4 guests.
- Pets allowed.
- Quiet hours: 11:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
- No parties or events.
- No commercial photography allowed.
- No smoking.
- Arrive and depart with the property in good condition: report damages and contact the host with any issues.
- Tourist taxes are paid separately at check-in: 1.10€/night per person (*subject to change by legislation)

An access link will be sent to remotely open both the building door and the apartment door.
