Welcome to Maison Bellini 1, a charming holiday apartment in Toscolano Maderno, on the beautiful western shore of Lake Garda, where comfort and Mediterranean charm come together to offer you a relaxing and memorable stay.



Maison Bellini is part of an elegant, detached house that was completely renovated in 2021 and comprises four modern, tastefully furnished apartments. One of the property's highlights is its spacious, beautifully maintained garden, enhanced by olive trees that create an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. Here, you can enjoy the tranquillity of the greenery, cool off in the outdoor swimming pool shared with the other guests, or unwind on the sun loungers.



For added convenience, each apartment has one uncovered parking space.



The space

Maison Bellini 1 is arranged over two floors, with a layout designed to combine comfortable shared spaces with peaceful areas for relaxation.



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and welcoming living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining table and a comfortable double sofa bed. It is the perfect place to prepare your meals, enjoy time together around the table or relax after a day exploring the lake and its surroundings.



Upstairs, the sleeping area features two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second is furnished with two single beds. The double sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to six guests, including infants.



The apartment also features a private terrace furnished with a table and chairs. It is an ideal spot for breakfast outdoors, a leisurely lunch on a sunny day or a relaxing break after an excursion.



The shared garden, with its beautiful olive trees, and the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers complete the experience, offering inviting spaces to unwind and enjoy the pleasant climate of Lake Garda.

Maison Bellini 1 is located in Toscolano Maderno, a charming lakeside town known for its beautiful scenery, waterfront promenade, beaches and wide range of outdoor, sporting and cultural activities.



Lido Azzurro beach is approximately 1.3 km from the apartment, making it a lovely destination for sunny days by the water. The town centre and lakeside promenade offer plenty of opportunities to stroll, discover local shops and restaurants, and enjoy the authentic atmosphere of the area.



A children's playground is also located nearby.

Toscolano Maderno is an ideal starting point for discovering Lake Garda through nature, outdoor activities and cultural experiences.



Hiking and scenic walks: Explore the beautiful Valle delle Cartiere, the panoramic trails of the surrounding hills and routes towards Monte Pizzocolo.

Charging electric vehicles using the property's domestic electricity supply is strictly prohibited.

One uncovered parking space is available per apartment.

The stated tourist tax is €2.00 per person per day. The applicable amount and any exemptions are subject to current local regulations.
