Welcome to Le Casette – Casaliva, one of the four holiday homes in our complex, located in Gaino, a peaceful hillside hamlet of Toscolano Maderno. Surrounded by greenery and just a short drive from the shores of Lake Garda, it is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing getaway.



Leave the stress of everyday life behind and immerse yourself in nature, while enjoying beautiful views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.



The shared garden, equipped with sun loungers and parasols, and the swimming pool are the ideal places to soak up the sun, read a book or spend quality time with family and friends.



The House: Casaliva

Casaliva is an end-unit holiday home arranged over three floors, tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. The interiors combine comfort and contemporary design, with carefully selected furnishings, quality materials and harmoniously coordinated colours.



The spaces have been designed to offer a pleasant and relaxing stay in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere where you will immediately feel at home.



The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, including infants and babies.



The Living Spaces

First Floor – Living Area

The living area features a modern kitchen, a guest bathroom and a welcoming lounge with a dining table and a sofa bed, providing an additional sleeping option.



The lounge opens onto a panoramic terrace where you can admire the beautiful scenery of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including:

Ground Floor – Sleeping Area

Overlooking the shared garden and the lake, the sleeping area includes:



A spacious double bedroom, featuring a six-door wardrobe and a balcony with lake views, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the scenery

A second bedroom with two sleeping places, consisting of a single bed and an additional pull-out bed, offering a practical and comfortable solution

A bathroom with a shower

Lower Floor – Additional Bedroom

On the lower floor, you will find an additional double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, providing extra comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

The peaceful setting of Gaino allows you to experience Lake Garda from a special perspective, surrounded by nature and away from the crowds, while remaining within easy reach of essential amenities.



The centre of Toscolano Maderno is approximately a 10-minute drive away and offers restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and all the main services you may need during your stay.



Toscolano Maderno is also an excellent starting point for exploring Lake Garda by boat. You can visit charming lakeside villages, discover picturesque towns and admire the beauty of the surrounding area directly from the water, enjoying unique panoramic views and a different perspective of the lake. Please note that boat routes and timetables may vary depending on the season.

Important House Rules

To ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for everyone in the complex, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:



Maximum occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests in total, including infants and babies. Additional guests are not permitted, even temporarily.

No parties or events: Parties, events and receptions are strictly prohibited both inside the property and in the shared outdoor areas.

No pets: Pets are not allowed.

Electric vehicle charging: Charging electric vehicles using the property's household electricity is strictly prohibited.

Tourist tax: €2 per person, per night, subject to applicable regulations.
