Located on the edge of a wood, on the heights, the place is ideal for resting. It has 3 terraces, 2 of which have a view of the lake. A fully equipped kitchen (microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher,...., 1 bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet, 1 second toilet in the laundry room (dryer and washing machine) and private parking for 2 cars. A gas BBQ is also available. The house is located not far from Limone, Salo, Riva, Tignale. The Traghetto (Toscolano-Maderno Boat) will take you to the other side of the lake with your car. You can also go for mountain walks, mountain biking, water sports and even rent a VESPA to visit. Let's not talk about restaurants that will offer you succulent dishes at modest prices. Sirmione, Lazise, Bardolino, Monte Baldo are not far away. For wine lovers, you can taste Ripasso and Amarone in the nearby towns in VALPOLICELLA. The FRANCCIACORTA area is not very popular. Verona, Brescia, are less than 1 hour drive. SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN IN THE HOUSE !!!
