Originally from the 16th century and stylishly renovated: The building with a historic courtyard is embedded in a terraced garden with natural stone walls. From the pool area you have a wonderful view over the town and the lake. The well-kept complex is particularly popular with families. One pool is for adults and one for children, including a waterfall. Loungers and parasols are available. Children can let off steam on the playground. There is a communal grill in the beautiful garden. Toscolano-Maderno is a twin town that has grown together and is separated by a torrent. In Maderno there is a beach as well as bars and restaurants. Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility Access to the complex via a narrow road (2.40 - 2.60 m wide). Air conditioning and heating for a fee: EUR 0.35 per Kw/h

Great place with lots of charm.

The apartment(s) are wonderful. There is parking yes. Accessing it is adventurous and only for skilled drivers or very small cars.

Die die Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit, nur ist nicht jedes Bild der richtigen Wohnung zugeordnet. Wir hatten eine Unterkunft mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht, aber leider hatte unsere Wohnung (Nr. 7) nur ein Schlafzimmer. Die zweite Schlafgelegenheit wurde von der Küche abgetrennt, es gab aber weder Tür noch Vorhang. Wir haben praktisch in der Küche geschlafen. Von den oberen zwei Etagen kann man aus den Wohnungen den Gardasee sehen. Die unteren Wohnungen schauen auf einen Innenhof. Die ganze Anlage ist sauber und ordentlich und schön angelegt. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, aber die Zufahrt (letzten 200 Meter) ist recht schmal, steil und kurvig. Aber zu zweit (einer schaut von außen ob alles passt) gut zu schaffen. Ein Fahranfänger kommt da nicht hoch 😉 Die Damen am Empfang sprechen ein gutes Englisch damit war die Kommunikation sehr leicht und gut. W-Lan war funktional und ausreichend schnell. Pool ist schön und es gibt ausreichend Platz. Die Umgebung der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig. Ein Bäcker und eine kleine Bar sind direkt vor der Tür. Der Gardasee (Hundestrand) ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
