Private resort & the best place to be: Auf der eigenen , 50 m² großen Dachterrasse genießen Sie von den 4 neuwertigen Sonnenliegen oder der neuen Loungesitzgruppe sowie dem Ess-/ Bartisch, einen phantastischen, 360 Grad, See und Bergblick, phantastische Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge, sowie absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der stylische, für 1-4 Personen geeignete Wohnbereich, ist neu und hochwertig eingerichtet. 3 Zimmer auf ca. 78 m² mit umlaufender Balkon, Grillplatz und Esstisch, Fenstern in allen Zimmern und Klimaanlage lassen keine Wunsche offen. Mit free Wifi und Smart TV Geräten in jedem Zimmer ist man auch mit Kindern und schlechtem Wetter ( selten ) bestens gerüstet. Kombinierter Wohn- Essbereich mit offener, komplett ausgestatteter Küche. Die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen jeweils über einen Balkonzugang, Klimaanlage, Kleiderschrank und Kommode. Schlafzimmer 1 mit Doppelbett 180 x 200cm, Schlafzimmer 2 mit zwei ( eines davon ausziehbar ) Einzelbetten 90 x 200cm.Für eine erholsamen Schlaf sorgen neue Matratzen und neue Topper. Die Lage der Wohnung bietet einen optimalen Mix zwischen Ruhe einerseits und Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten andererseits. Das Ortszentrum und der See sind in ca. 15 Gehminuten erreichbar. 3 Restaurants / Bars in unmittelbarer Umgebung sind in gut 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Der in der Mitte der Anlage liegende, große Pool verfügt über unterschiedliche Tiefen und ist auch bestens für Kinder geeignet. Auch vom Pool aus hat man einen See- und Bergblick. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Autostellplatz der das bequeme Be- und Entladen des Urlaubsgepäcks ermöglicht. geschmackvolle Wohnung, für unbeschwerte Ferienzeit

Obwohl mit Video und Mails alles klar beschrieben und mitgeteilt wurde, war doch Verwalter vor Ort und gab kurz und präzise Einführung. Wohnung war perfekt für uns - sehr schön eingerichtet und funktional - nichts vermisst. Konnten alles nutzen, Klima, wie auch Heinzung, Dachbalkon mit Dusche vom Boden her, bis zu sehr bequemen Betten. Alles sehr sauber bis bequeme Frotierwäsche. Auch Nutzung von Tiefgarage war ideal. Rundum, passte unsere Zeit in der ruhigen Wohnung.

10 erholsame Tage & atemberaubender Blick

Wir haben für 10 Tage die Ferienwohnung gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation zwischen uns und dem Vermieter war sehr gut und wir wurden vor der Reise über alles was für die Anreise notwendig ist inkl. kleinem Anfahrvideo informiert! Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und wir wurden von einem Mitarbeiter vor der Wohnung erwartet . Es wurde uns alles erklärt ,damit wir einen angenehmen aufenthalt haben . Der vordere Balkon lädt zum gemütlichen Frühstück ein und abends haben wir immer auf der Dachterrasse gegessen und auf den Liegen den Abend ausklingen lassen! Leider war die Pergola-Markise über der Sitzgruppe der Dachterrasse nicht mehr vorhanden ,die noch auf den Bildern zu sehen ist . Die Wohnung liegt an der äussersten Seite der Anlage ,so das Aktivitäten am Pool kaum zu hören sind und nachts ist es sehr ruhig . Nur als Hinweis für Besitzer grösserer PKW´s : Die Garage ist doch einwenig schmal ,da wir ein Auto der Golf-Klasse hatten und gerade so reinpassten! Rundum können wir aber sagen, es war ein erholsamer Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung! Liebe Grüße P & M . Hammer Norddeutschland
