The hotel is located about a 7 or 8 minute walk to the town. It's not too inconvenient unless you have mobility issues. The breakfast was OK--not overly exciting but perfectly fine. The lounge on the 3rd floor is comfortable with a nice view of the water. The rooms are basic but comfortable.
