This hotel was absolutely 10/10. Not even the tiniest complaint. The rooms were clean and comfortable with incredible views. The staff was lovely, helpful, and accommodating. Probably the best property in the Islands, our room was spacious, had a door with direct access to an exterior area with amazing views. The property is very clean and has a cozy feeling. We tried the spa and it was worth after all the walking around and crazy cold winds we faced during the day. The spa is great and offers a lot of sauna and swimming options. The only area where the hotel needs to improve is the food and beverage situation. The breakfast selection was great, with some local options, but all mornings felt chaotic, dirty buffet, lots of empty tables but yet not cleaned up. The same for the bar on the lobby area. The served a small selection of dishes, but they were tasty, however, the service staff was inattentive, we had to walk to the bar to ask for things. Overall, it felt their food and beverage area needed more staffing. Regardless, we had a great time, the beds were comfortable, great water pressure and privacy.

The room was clean and had a beautiful view. We also tried the restaurant on the second floor — the food was very good and the view made the experience even better. However, there were several inconveniences that made the stay disappointing. The spa situation was frustrating: even hotel guests have to pay around $80 for only 2 hours, including mandatory use of their swimsuits and slippers. You also have to walk outside to reach the swimming pool. Another issue was that our room was very far from the lobby, and we had to walk a long distance just to get ice. On top of that, the fridge in our room was not working, which made it extremely inconvenient if you want to keep food or drinks for an early morning excursion. The hotel also charges additional resort/tourist fees. Overall, the stay had some positive aspects, but the extra charges and inconveniences are the reason for my 3-star review.
