Distributed over two floors, Villa Jina has three cosy bedrooms on the ground floor: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, another also with a double bed and a third with two single beds of 90 cm. It also has two complete bathrooms with shower tray, functional and modern, perfect for sharing spaces with family or friends.
The first floor houses a spacious and bright living-dining room with an open kitchen, fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay (dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, complete crockery, etc.). From here, access is gained to a terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying impressive mountain views, relaxing in the sun or dining al fresco.
The exterior of the house is one of its great attractions: a large landscaped terrace surrounded by native vegetation provides privacy and natural coolness. The area has a pergola with table and chairs, barbecue, cocktail bar, and a private pool with sun loungers, creating a perfect environment to rest and enjoy the good climate of the Costa del Sol.
