Stunning sea views with private pool

House of approximately 220 m2 built divided into different spaces that allow a comfortable and private stay. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms (one suite with a bathtub and one double bed, one double with two single beds and another double with a bunk bed with two single beds) and a complete bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor we find a fully equipped American kitchen and a spacious living room of more than 70 m2, a toilet, and a winter dining room of about 50 m2 in which, if necessary, a double bed could be placed. Above deck is the private pool area consisting of a terrace with spectacular views of the sea, a rest area with sun loungers. On a higher level there is a barbecue area (gas) and an outdoor summer dining room. The house has an independent studio apartment equipped with a double bed and a shower room. The capacity of the house is 10 people.
