Montgo 2: Modern villa with private pool

Villa Montgó 2 is a modern and spacious house, completely renovated in 2023 and with capacity for 4 people. Outside, its private saltwater pool and a large patio with stones that surrounds the house, equipped with outdoor furniture, stand out. The barbecue and the rustic-style porch allow you to enjoy outdoor meals with family and friends. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room, a separate kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. It also has an enclosed space to store bicycles or surfboards. The accommodation has free WiFi, television with the possibility of internet connection and air conditioning in the living room and kitchen. It also has private outdoor parking for three cars inside the estate. It is located in L'Escala, just a minute's walk from Cala Montgó. In the area you will find restaurants and, one minute from the house, a supermarket. Nearby is also the Montgrí Natural Park, where you can enjoy walks and cycling routes through pine forests.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 400) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
