This spacious beachfront house has a capacity for 6 people and is located just 50 meters from the sea. With a community pool and air conditioning, it offers all the amenities for a relaxing vacation.



The house is distributed over two floors, offering a living-dining room with a fireplace and a television, with direct access to the private and fenced terrace-garden with Teak furniture and a barbecue. The separate kitchen, equipped with appliances such as a fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher, provides everything you need. In addition, on the ground floor, there is a convenient guest toilet.



On the upper floor, you will find two double bedrooms with single beds and one double bed, along with the main bathroom that has a washing machine and a shower. Additionally, there is a suite with a double bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a small balcony. From the house's attic, you can enjoy a second terrace with views of the pool and the sea, with the Medes Islands in the background. The house also has a small garage to store beach items, toys, and bicycles.



Located in Mas Pinell, this house enjoys a privileged location by the sea, allowing you to enjoy sunny and relaxing days just a few steps from the beach.
