This beautiful corner house is only 10 minutes walk from the wide sandy beach of L'Estartit. Also the cosy centre, with many terraces, shops and the harbour, is at walking distance.
 
Next to the house is a lovely communal pool with sunbathing area.
 
Casa Florence consists of 2 floors.
Ground floor: entrance, toilet, spacious living room with access to the terrace and the kitchen. On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower.All bedrooms are equipped with aire conditioning.
 
Of course Casa Florence also has a lovely terrace where you can enjoy a homemade Paella and a glass of wine!The house has an enclosed garage for private use of the owners.
