An emergency necessitated getting a room around midnight during 4th of July weekend. The night manager who answered the phone was pleasant, efficient and accommodating. Room temp and bed were most conducive for an immediate sleep. Complimentary breakfast was a plus.

This is an older building without an elevator for three floors. But it is updated and well maintained. The room and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was very basic. Asked for restaurant recommendations but was told there are restaurants all up and down the street, just look around. There is a good diner type place diagonally across the street which was convenient.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The best part of this stay was the parking. The staff were nice enough. Checking in was easy enough. I found a used towel behind the bathroom door, a hand towel that was definitely used and the bed was squeaky and had a very firm mattress, did not make for a comfortable stay. It's definitely dated, could use an upgrade. I didn't have breakfast there.

Web site should specify "continental" breakfast. Coffee makers in room would be most helpful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Shower and tub needed better care.
