The chalet is located north of Rome, in Upper Sabina, about 70 km from the capital, a short distance from the routes of St. Benedict and St. Francis. It is near the ruins of the ancient pre-Sabine city of Trebula Mutuesca and the Cesarini Castle in Rocca Sinibalda, designed by architect Baldassarre Peruzzi and dating back to the year 1000. From the chalet, the city of Rieti and Mount Terminillo are easily accessible, as are Lake Turano—just nine km away—and Lake Piediluco, 50 km away. The chalet, secluded and surrounded by greenery, consists of a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a patio, and a terrace, and offers a beautiful view of the valley and the village.
