The hotel is close to the capital of Reef National Park and is somewhat in the middle of nowhere. The nearest restaurant is about a 15‑minute drive away. However, the owners—a couple—are very friendly, and the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. They even prepared snacks and instant food in the room that you can purchase, which is convenient for a quick dinner.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, plenty of hot water in the shower, and the breakfast provided impressive value. No eggs or yogurt, but they had waffles, bagels, cereal, coffee, etc.

Excellent room overall. However, the Expedia website said the property was in Torrey. It is NOT. Drove all the way to Torrey then had to call the hotel to find out it was in Caineville. Also NO food nearby. 25 minute drive to Hanksville for dinner. Eat before you head to the hotel.
