The manager who checked us in was there last year when we stayed, he is an asset to your hotel. Courteous and professional, something you don’t see enough if these days. The next time I’m in the area, this is where I will stay!

Compliments to the staff at check-in. Also, paid cash at check-out on a Sunday. While there wasn't someone behind the desk, other help there directed me to the phone number to call and then assisted as asked by the person on the phone. Smooth and very helpful which was much appreciated.

What we didn't like was overall look. Needed some TLC. There was an odor the moment we opened the building door. No elevator! We had to make several trips up and down the stairs with heavy luggages and misc.

The place was clean, including the pool and hot tub. The property is old and outdated. Definitely are paying for location and not hotel amenities. I'd probably stay in Moab next time and drive in early morning since backtracking was needed for hiking.

Nice place for a family.

The staff at the front desk Jerome I think was his name was very friendly and nice. He greeted me with a smile when I checked in. The pool area was nice. Just wish the outside smoking area was a bit farther away from the open garage door area. The smoke smell worked it's way into the pool area.

The young man who was the nighttime desk clerk was awesome. Very personable and helpful. The oriental people next door were loud and had no concept of being considerate to their neighbors. Clueless noisemakers.
