It is surrounded by large porches to be used as a dining room, reading room... The terrace, also measuring 100 m2, offers excellent views over the Molino Blanco urbanization and, at a certain distance, the sea.
The pool and a large barbecue complete the property.
The winter months are more bearable thanks to a wonderful fireplace in the living room, where you can experience Danish "hygge", that feeling of comfort, of being at ease.
There is a pleasant pedestrian connection 5 minutes from the beach through a garden area.
