Awesome home in Torrevieja

Nice and simple apartment with communal pool in an urbanization in Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and bathroom, living room and open kitchen and offers a beautiful view of the pool. Enjoy the warmth of the sun in the sun room on comfortable sofas even in the winter months.



Outside there is a terrace with garden furniture. Ideal for enjoying the evenings here in pleasant temperatures. The urbanization has a large swimming pool.





Here you live in an excellent location, as it is only a short drive to the beaches of Mata and Guardamar. You can also visit the nearby "Beach Club" and relax in the pool. Torrevieja is known for its fantastic Mediterranean climate, as well as its marina and promenade. The impressive, protected natural park Las Lagunas de la Mata is a wonderful place to go for walks and bike rides through nature. The beaches of the Costa Blanca are very popular, not least because of their crystal-clear water. In addition to swimming, you can enjoy water sports such as kitesurfing, kayaking and windsurfing.

Bra leilighet

Fin og rein leilighet. Litt sparsomt møblert. Savnet oppvaskmaskin da dette er en utleieleilighet. For oss pensjonister kunne det vært en god stol å sitte i. Sofaen var litt lav. Ellers god spiseplass og uteplassen var bra. Keyholder Britt var en meget hyggelig og hjelpsom dame.
