Two-bedroom apartment in the new complex "Residencial Alegría XVII"!

We offer for tourist rent a two-bedroom apartment in the new modern complex "Residencial Alegría XVII" within walking distance from the sea and the beach. The apartment is 78 m2 and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest: furniture, household appliances (including a dishwasher and coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning, works on "heat-cold". Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There is summer furniture on the balcony. The complex has a swimming pool and a Finnish sauna (sauna services are not included in the rental price and are paid separately!). The area has a well-developed infrastructure. The Mercadona supermarket is 300 meters away, the Russian store "Kalinka" is 100 meters away. The nearest restaurant is 200 meters away. The sea and the popular city beach Del Cura are 400 meters away. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no pets!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony (violation - a fine of 200 euros!).

Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros is charged for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is paid upon check-in.
