A cosy apartment is available for rent 200 metres from the sea and the popular Los Locos beach in the city. The apartment is 65 square metres. It consists of two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, American kitchen and balcony. Everything necessary for living and relaxing is provided: furniture, appliances (including dishwasher and coffee maker), crockery, bed linen and towels. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. Wireless internet, TV in Spanish. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (no pets allowed!). The convenient location of the accommodation will allow you to spend time both on the beach and walking through the neighbouring streets, where there are many cosy bars and cafés. The Consum supermarket is also nearby. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony! The fine for infringement is 20 euros.Check-in at the establishment will be from 15:00 to 19:00 hours. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00 hours. For entries or exits outside office/company hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, a supplement of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros must be paid upon check-in.
