Modern ground-floor apartment for up to 6 guests, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sofa bed and a private 50 m² garden.
The main bedroom has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and, just opposite, you will find the second bathroom, also with a shower and underfloor heating. The living room has a sofa bed, TV and dining table. Both the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and heating.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The private garden provides space for outdoor dining or sunbathing.
Wi-Fi, underground parking, bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are included in your stay. A €300 refundable security deposit is required and must be paid by card on arrival. It will be refunded to the same card after check-out, provided there are no additional charges for damage or excessive electricity consumption.
Your stay includes a generous electricity allowance of 20 kWh/day. Any additional consumption will be deducted from the security deposit. You can check your electricity consumption at any time during your stay by contacting us.
