Modern top-floor apartment for up to 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a terrace and private rooftop solarium with sea views.

The main bedroom has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and, just opposite, you will find the second bathroom, also with a shower and underfloor heating.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room has a sofa, TV and dining table.

Both the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and heating.

The terrace and private rooftop solarium provide space for outdoor dining or sunbathing, with sea views.

Wi-Fi, underground parking, bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are included in your stay. A €300 refundable security deposit is required and must be paid by card on arrival. It will be refunded to the same card after check-out, provided there are no additional charges for damage or excessive electricity consumption.

Your stay includes a generous electricity allowance of 20 kWh/day. Any additional consumption will be deducted from the security deposit. You can check your electricity consumption at any time during your stay by contacting us.

Mediterranean Gardens is a newly built residential development located just a few minutes from the sea in Villa Amalia, south of Torrevieja.

The development has a large communal area, with 4,300 m² of gardens with natural grass. During your stay, you can enjoy the three large outdoor swimming pools, as well as the heated pool and gym.

Both floors of Mediterranean Gardens are connected to the underground parking by lift, providing easy access.

The complex is ideally located in Villa Amalia-La Veleta, just a short walk from the sea and 700 metres from Los Náufragos beach.

300 metres from the property, there is a small shopping area with Aldi, Tedi, Rossmann, a pharmacy and a café, as well as a range of bars and restaurants nearby.

Torrevieja town centre, the seafront promenade and the new Paseo del Mar leisure centre are around a 20-minute walk away.

With easy access to the N-332 and public transport, Mediterranean Gardens is well connected to the beaches of Torrevieja, Habaneras shopping centre and, further south, the beaches of Orihuela Costa and La Zenia Boulevard.

For golf enthusiasts, there is a wide selection of courses, with 8 golf courses within a 20-minute drive.
