Elegant, functional villa with a saltwater pool

Exclusive villa in Torrevieja is available for rent to verified clients who seek quality and high standards.

The house is located in an established residential area near Laguna Rosa (the salt lake known for its health benefits).
The house features a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, with a water supply so you don’t need to buy drinking water, three bedrooms—one with its own luxurious bathroom and a TV with all channels, one double room, and one family room that sleeps four. There is a separate bathroom with a shower for the other two bedrooms. There is a private saltwater pool, a grill with a dining area, and a fantastic sun terrace where you can enjoy the view of the lagoon. Around the pool, there are seating areas, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. Pets are not allowed.

The Aquopolis Torreievja water park is within walking distance of the house (approx. 1,500 m), Habaneras (shopping center), Carrefour, and Mercadona are within walking distance (approx. 1,000 m).

It is about 3 km to the city’s promenade. There, you can enjoy the Spanish way of life with restaurants and bars.

Several golf courses (La Finca, Villa Martin, and Las Ramblas) are a short drive away. There are also several beautiful hiking areas suitable for both short and long hikes.

The nearest beach, Playa De La Mata, is about 4 km away, but there are also several other lovely small beaches we can recommend.

The airports in Alicante and Murcia are about 40 km away (about a 30-minute drive).

There is a well-developed public transportation network with buses running to Torrevieja/Guardamar de Segura.


Bedding and towels: €20 per person.

Air conditioning: €10 per day.
If you would like a heated pool, there is an additional charge of €200 per week
If you wish to rent a car, it will be delivered to the “departures” area at the airport after you have picked up your luggage. It is returned at the same location.
New 2023 Hyundai Tucson, gasoline. Fuel: full-to-full.
The car can be driven by multiple drivers.
The car is stored indoors near the airport when not in use.
Price per week: €490 + Cleaning fee €40 (cash upon car return.)

If you’d like to rent an off-road bike or a golf set, that can be arranged.
Price per item per week: €100

Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM

The security deposit will be refunded 10 days after check-out.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents. Guests are required to report any damage to the owner and bear the costs of repair and replacement.
