The Space:

This newly furnished 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for families or friends. The master bedroom features a double bed and ensuite bathroom, while the twin bedroom offers comfortable beds with lovely views. A separate family bathroom has a bathtub.



The living room is the heart of the apartment, with comfortable sofas, a 50-inch TV with WiFi and local channels, a dining area, and access to the terrace. Air-conditioning is located in the living room.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, cooking hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, and blender — everything you need for home-cooked meals.



The terrace is a standout feature, offering breathtaking views of the blue sea on one side and the famous pink lake on the other. Our apartment is perfectly located to enjoy the best of Torrevieja and the surrounding area. Within walking distance, you’ll find a variety of bars and restaurants offering many cuisines, as well as shops like Aldi, Rossmann, and Tedi for everyday needs.



La Veleta Beach is just a 5-minute walk, and other beautiful beaches like La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, and Mil Palmeras are all close by. For a longer trip, the famous La Manga strip is within easy reach.



The city center of Torrevieja is only 5 minutes by car, with more shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The summer market and fun fair now take place near Aquopolis Water Park, offering seasonal entertainment for all ages.



For activities, enjoy go-karting along the N332, visit water parks in Torrevieja or Ciudad Quesada, or play a round at one of the nearby golf courses: La Finca, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, and Las Ramblas — all within 10–15 minutes.



For shopping and entertainment, Zenia Boulevard, just 5 minutes by car, is one of Europe’s largest malls with hundreds of shops, restaurants, bars, and a bowling alley. Habaneras Shopping Center, 10 minutes away, offers clothing stores, electronics, and more. Across the road, the Ozone Entertainment Complex features ten-pin bowling and restaurants, and the nearest casino is located at Zenia Boulevard.



Getting Around:

We recommend a car to make the most of your stay here in the Costa Blanca. The property is close to both the N332 and the AP7 so getting to and from both Murcia and Alicante Airports. Torrevieja Hospital is also just a 5 minute walk away.
