My property is a bungalow facing the sea, with a large terrace overlooking the sea (100 meters) located on the first floor of a house with two houses, ground floor and floor. Located in the area of ​​coves of Torrevieja, very beautiful area, three km. from the center of the city, 200 m. from a cove with sand "Cala de la Higuera" and 950 m from Los Locos beach which is one of the best sandy beaches in the city.
The house is accessed by a staircase attached to the bungalow, so you get to the terrace with a small access door and from this we can enter the house directly to the living room and from this we go to two bedrooms and the kitchen, this is by a corridor to another bedroom, to the bathroom and finally to the solarium or back terrace.
