This bright and welcoming apartment is located in Torrevieja, just 400 meters from the center and 900 meters from the beach and the lovely promenade.



The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen, and a balcony. Enjoy all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday. The living-dining room with integrated kitchen and balcony is airy and filled with natural light. It is furnished with a new, comfortable sofa, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and a dining table.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary utensils for your stay.



The main bedroom has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m), air conditioning, and a large built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom offers a single bed (0.90 x 1.30 m) and a wardrobe.



The bathroom includes a shower and bidet.



The shared pool is available for sunbathing and swimming. Pool hours are 10:00 to 21:00 year-round. From July 1 to September 1, the pool is closed from 15:00 to 17:00. The community may change pool opening times or dates at any time due to weather, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control.



Playa del Cura beach is just a short walk away. There are many other sandy beaches and a scenic promenade nearby.



You can park your rental car for free right in front of the building, on the street.
