We offer a cosy apartment for tourist rental within walking distance of the sea, beach, and a popular city park! The 72 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bath), a separate kitchen with a gas stove, and a balcony. Everything necessary for living and relaxation is provided: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), kitchenware, bed linen, and towels. Air conditioners are installed in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Spanish television and wireless internet are available. Summer furniture is on the balcony. The area has excellent infrastructure. The Dial Prix supermarket is just 100 metres away, the Spar supermarket is 150 metres away. Several bars and restaurants are within a 150-metre radius. The popular Nations Garden park is 300 metres away. The Acequion sea and beach are 700 metres away. Accommodation is for up to 5 people (strictly no pets!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!



Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros will be charged for check-in or check-out outside the company/office working hours, on Sundays, weekends, and holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros must be paid upon check-in.
