During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to all areas of the apartment, designed for your comfort and enjoyment. From the moment you enter the complex, you can relax in total privacy in this accommodation created to offer you a unique experience. You’ll also have access to the shared areas of the complex, such as the pool and recreation zones, always respecting community rules to ensure a harmonious stay for all guests.

Other things to note

Important: According to Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain must register each guest and send their information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, it is necessary to complete a form with visitor details.



Security deposit:

A security deposit is required and will be charged before the start of the stay. This amount will be automatically and fully refunded within 24 to 72 hours after check-out, provided that no damage or issues have been detected in the property.
