This completely renewed and luxuriously furnished apartment is set in Torremolinos, between Carihuela Beach and the port of Benalmadena, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. Renovated in 2018, the property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.



Upon entering, a large hall provides access to all rooms. The living room is luxuriously furnished and features a dining area, a large leather sofa, and a super-large flat screen Smart TV with Apple TV. Direct access from the living room leads to the south-facing terrace, which features a dining table for 6 to 8 guests and stunning sea views. A second terrace faces north-west and offers a pleasant space for sunbathing. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Lydia Uno apartment

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is so well furnished and clean. It is convenient to the beach, promenade, Benalmadena marina. We had a lovely relaxing holiday in it.

Excellent location - beach, restaurants, shopping and groceries nearby . 4 bedrooms and 2 bath perfect for our group of 6. Fully equipped kitchen. plenty of plates, cutlery, dishes. All appliances worked well. Coffee drinkers really liked the Nespresso machine. Our favourite spot was the terrace with sliding glass windows. That is where we spent most of our time.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Torremolinos ! La maison était conforme à la description, très propre, bien équipée et idéalement située pour profiter pleinement de la région. Mention spéciale à Inès, qui a géré notre séjour avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de gentillesse, toujours disponible, réactive et attentionnée. Grâce à elle, tout s’est déroulé comme il le fallait, sans le moindre souci. Je recommande vivement cette adresse et n’hésiterai pas à revenir !

Nous avions réservé début mai. Un mois avant de partirOn nous annonce que la piscine n’est pas en fonction.On nous propose de canceller ou d’avoir un crédit.On a décidé de prendre le crédit compte tenu qu’à unmois d’avis ce fut difficile de trouver autre chose compte tenu qu’en septembre il ne reste peu de choix.Nous espérons recevoir ce crédit. Manque de vaissellePour sept personnes,Rien pour essuyer la vaisselle, instruction seulement en espagnolePour le lave linge, le four.et le lave vaisselle.La litterie laisse à désirer. .Malheurement pas de photos àVous soumettre.

Fantastisk beliggenhed.

Lejligheden ligger fantastisk i forhold til alt hvad Torremolinos og omegn har at byde på. Fin indretning til 8 mennesker, og lejligheden har de fornødne ting i bl.a. køkken m.m. Gåafstand til flere indkøbsmuligheder gør det nemt at handle ind af både vådt og tørt. Fantastisk strand og strandpromenade indenfor 2 minutters gang, og lækker overdækket terrasse der fungerer perfekt både morgen, middag og aften. Lejligheden fremstår flere steder slidt, specielt omkring toiletterne, og vi oplevede flere tilfælde hvor der lugtede fælt af kloak. Poolen og poolområdet var skuffende. Der var stort set ikke vand i poolen, det vand der var blev ikke renset og hele pladsen omkring poolen fremstod beskidt og utiltalende. Det trækker kraftigt ned i den samlede bedømmelse, at der ikke var mulighed for at gå i poolen, især set i lyset af det bliver fremhævet i udlejningsmaterialet. Man har alle muligheder for at lave et lækkert poolområde som ville trække oplevelsen af det hele 2 niveauer op. Vi kunne sagtens finde på at komme igen, men så skal poolområdet fikses.

A TOP apartment and a great location

The apartment, the distance to the beach en the 2 places. The good services from your organization. A good manual for the TV and air conditioning. In addition, a nice lamp in the living room so that the large lamp does not have to be switched on and the spotlights on the terrace are slightly adjusted so that it is cozy light.

Schöne Unterkunft für einen schönen Aufenthalt mit ein paar Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Die Service Agentur beim Checkin war sehr nett und hilfreich. Der Checkin und auch später der Checkout waren völlig unkompliziert. Wir hatten uns nicht rechtzeitig gemeldet, da hat die Agentur uns angerufen und trotz später Stunde haben sie den Checkin sehr schnell und unkompliziert vorgenommen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Ca 100m vom Strand und der Uferpromenade entfernt. Innerhalb von 50m findet man alles was man benötigt. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars,... Die Unterkunft hat eine Tiefgarage. Leider hat der Schlüssel für die Tiefgarage für mehrere Tage nicht funktioniert. Die Unterkunft ist pragmatisch geschnitten, hat vier Schlafzimmer, zwei mit einem Doppelbett und zwei mit zwei Einzelbetten, die man zu einem Doppelbett zusammenschieben kann. Alle Schlafzimmer haben eine Jalousie. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, hat sogar noch einen zweiten großen Kühlschrank. Genauso ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Neben dem großen Wohnzimmer gibt es noch zwei Terrassen. Von der einen kann der Pool und das Meer beobachtet werden. Genauso der Sonnenaufgang. Die zweite Terrasse ist zur Straße hin, kann aber trotzdem gut zum Sonnen genutzt werden. Die Unterkunft hat zwei vollständige Bäder mit Dusche, wobei das eine Bad nur vom Master-Schlafzimmer zugänglich ist. Es gibt freies WLAN und einen großen Fernseher mit IP TV. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es alle deutschen Kanäle inklusive Sky, DAZN, Magenta Sports etc. Genauso gab es Pay TV aus vielen anderen Ländern, wie UK, IT, TR und viele mehr. Leider gab es immer wieder Probleme mit dem Internet, sodass auch das Fernsehen mehrere Tage nicht zur Verfügung stand. In der Summe hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ideal für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Cadiz, Sevilla, Ronda, Mijas, Marbella, Caminito del Rey etc.

Very easy to rent and communication was excellent. Very clean apartment and central to bus stops and 2 minute walk to the beach. We were a party of 4 adults and 4 children and the apartment was spacious enough to accommodate us all comfortably. Only issue was lack of hot water when everyone wanted to shower in the morning - inevitably the last 2 were cold showers.

A relaxing home from home

The apartment was spacious and extremely well equipped, it felt like a real home from home. The furnishings and fittings were modern, everything was clean and the beds and sofas were very comfortable. We were a party of seven but there was plenty of room for all of us we could even all fit on the balcony. Having 2 bathrooms was excellent. There was an occasional "drainy" smell from the main bathroom but this didn't affect our holiday at all. There were lots of extras included for guests to use including comfy cushions for the sun loungers. The television was huge although we didn't use it during our stay as we couldn't find any channels. The view from the main balcony was magnificent. The location of the apartment was excellent, set just back from the beach, about a 10 minute walk from the marina. There was easy access to supermarkets, shops and restaurants but it was not noisy. We all managed to sleep well. One member off our party uses a wheelchair so used the lift to access the apartment regularly. The main lift was reliable but we were unable to operate the smaller lift. Fortunately our guest was able to walk the four steps up to the main lift. The pool area is spacious and there are four sun loungers that can be used by guests. We had the pool area to ourselves the whole time. The pool was too cold to use at the time of year we visited but would be great during the summer. The hosts were helpful and friendly and the security deposit was returned promptly following our visit. If we ever visit Benalmedena again we will be sure to book this apartment. We had a fabulous stay. Thank you.
