We had a delightful stay in Essence Boutique Hotel. The hotel has clearly been recently refurbished to a high standard and the rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The balcony especially was lovely. The pool area is beautiful with a mixture of loungers and beds. The hotel is well located for the beach, restaurants and nightlife and the staff were lovely. Would love to stay here again.

Nice hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Pool area is nice and modern with big day beds. Only thing I didn’t like is the rooms are on the smaller side and was bit of struggle for two adults to get ready at once.

Room was excellent and the hotel accommodated our requests for a higher floor overlooking the pool. Amenities are excellent - pool, hot tubs, beds are all clean and well maintained. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Location in walking distance to beach, city centre, and local bars, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
