Magnificent two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment on the beachfront in the famous seafront promenade of Torremolinos.

The apartment consists of a spacious entrance hall with a sofa bed, a recently renovated kitchen with a breakfast bar, a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, both with their corresponding wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, one of them en-suite, a spacious living-dining room and a large sunny terrace. Part of the terrace is enclosed and in this space you can enjoy the magnificent views and the best sunsets of the Costa del Sol. The property has air conditioning and wifi included in the rental.

You will find a wide variety of restaurants: Spanish, Lebanese, Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Irish, cafes, and even a Burger King, all along the splendid boardwalk.

The complex has two magnificent pools for use from April to October. Additionally, it features landscaped green areas, a children's play area, soccer, basketball, and tennis and padel courts (not included in the rental. They can be reserved at the administration office). Do not miss the magnificent seaside promenade for long walks.

Other than a maintenance man, we did not actually meet anyone. However communication was excellent. They always responded quickly when we had questions. The apartment is perfectly situated right on Paseo Marítimo close to many beach side Chiringito's, as well numbers other ding and drinks options.We stayed six weeks and the place is perfect for a long stay

We found the property clean, in good repair, very nicely decorated and well equipped, perfect location for the beach, shops bars restaurants etc. the pools were excellent and well maintained. Stephanie whine we dealt with was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable on the area and the building facilities and was on hand for all our queries.would absolutely book again
