Newly renovated luxury 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment. Magnificent views over the lake, golf course and mountains beyond. The private balcony is west facing allowing sun and shade during the day. This spacious apartment has a contemporary feel to it and is perfect for relaxation and entertainment and is fully air conditioned. Two magnificent pools are within a minute walk from the apartment. Parking is available.



Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).

Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.



Just off the resort (within walking distance) you the have Boulevard where there is a large range of further restaurants.
