Will be using regularly on my stays :) it’s cheap and affordable Above was very noisy banging late at night on both nights witch was abit hard to sleep and kept waking me up but everything else was fine and I will be using a lot when I come to Torquay

The rooms need refurbishmant but very clean and quality bathroom with good shower. Comfottable bed and lovely staff. Very good value for the money. No breakfast or dining faciliity but the hotel is close to the town centre and a few minutes walk to cafes and restaurants. Great parking.

The room I hang, admittedly a late booking, was not cleaned and still had the dirty sheets towels and rubbish from the last occupants. I slept on top of the bed covers and left without showering. Very poor!

Positives were the parking and the helpful member of staff I encountered. But the building is in major need of an overhaul, as you walk through there is a smell of damp and everything is very retro. No room keys/cards it’s a pin entry system on each bedroom and has a prison feel to it. Overall fine for a one night stay but I wouldn’t want to have a week based out of Tor Park.

Staff very friendly. Comfy beds and choice of tv channels. Room could have been cleaner with old bag of food found on radiator and both soap and shower wash a squirt away from running out. A mile walk to town so nice and convenient. Takeaway and Premier 2 mins walk away

Smelly. It's nothing like a 3 star hotel. I went for an interview next day and all my clothes were smelly and floor never cleaned and the shower overflow. Please don't book this even for free. Not worth it. Disgusting

This hotel is very dingy and shabby. The bedroom had dark grey walls, making it feel.like a cell. There was no.breakfast. i didnt want to sleep there, so I slept on my friend's sofa instead. It is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. I wonder if it being used primarily to house homeless people.

I was very disappointed with the hotel room. It was not cleaned properly before as there was poo left in the toilet from the last people that were in there and hardly any toilet roll left. The soap and shower suspensers were all empty and not filled up either and also there is a weird smell in the hotel and needs alot of updating. Was not worth £50 pound for the night so won't be staying again.

We didn’t stay! The building was very rundown and communal areas were dirty and it had furniture stacked about the place and nothing like the pictures. The communal toilets were filthy. After walking down various corridors and through doors to access my room the pin code wouldn’t work. I went to find our friends and there was a used syringe on the stairs. Thats when I felt i couldn’t stay. I felt quite uncomfortable in the surroundings. The other room was tatty, dirty and the carpet had stains all over it. It needs a complete refurbishment and internal photos are nothing like the actual hotel. I requested a refund via Expedia and they contacted the hotel, but the hotel declined.

Do not book this place, its a hostel for Stella drinking toothless inbred men amd woman off there nuts on crack and chuck in a few illegals, you get the picture. Photos are pinched of places like Travelodge and know way reflect this hovel. Adam who is dealing with my complaint has just forwarded a stock response of we're looking into it. Adam, I've passed your name and hotel details to a Bike club who are looking for accommodation while down your way. Good luck with your customer experience 👍
