Location of the room was disappointing as I had paid extra for the Golf view room and was placed on a ground floor room facing the golf course but the views were only of bushes in front of the room. Other from that everything else was excellent.

My room was very clean and spacious. I was travelling alone and felt very safe with the security. The staff on check in and out were extremely friendly and helpful. I found the staff at breakfast less so. The only slight issue was I was on the ground floor (which was fine) but there must have been children in the room above and could hear them in the morning running around (thumping on the ceiling for me) and this did wake me. Otherwise, I could not fault my stay, will definitely stay again.

We had a lovely winter break. The food was amazing and very affordable. Everything was spotless. We sat on the leather couches in front of the open fire eating gourmet food without going out of the hotel and enduring the cold. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We will be back for sure.
