The room is immaculate. Nice shower and has nice toiletries. Comfortable bed but i find the pillows too soft. The hotel is very close to the seaside. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the hotel. Would definitely come back Thank you for the complimentary water and snacks

This is a brand new hotel so the facilities were lovely. Our seaview room was wonderful, with its large picture window allowing an uninterrupted view of the bay. We asked for a 2nd chair for our spacious double room and it was quickly brought. I think this should be standard. The restaurant food was excellent, though somewhat expensive. All staff members were polite, friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our short break.

Wow what a setting. I know it’s only been open for 6 weeks but it is an amazing hotel. Sea view room and the whole room was amazing, huge bed which was so comfortable. Staff were so helpful and polite and the breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will stay there again. Nigel White

Spotless room, almost everything was tickety boo. Except the TV in my room (138) was not receiving any signal and, thus, I was unable to watch anything on the night I was a guest there. The fault was reported to the front desk, but it was too late in the day for anyone from maintenance to fix the issue for me during my stay. As I was inconvenienced I managed to negotiate a compensation with James, who was very amenable and helpful. This included some free bottled water and a complimentary Breakfast In Bed service the morning after - for my room and for my travel companion in the next room. Jackie, the duty manager that morning, was both very patient and very helpful when the time came to check out and there were delays in doing so by 11am. Thanks for your help. Highly recommend this newly opened Hotel Indigo of IHG.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay – highly recommended We were very satisfied with our stay at Hotel Indigo Torquay. The hotel truly deserves 5 stars. Everything was excellent: the hotel has a modern and stylish design, the room was clean, comfortable and well thought out, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive. A special mention goes to the shared/public toilets – they are simply luxury level: extremely clean, beautifully designed, with high-quality finishes and a real feeling of comfort. The location is excellent, with beautiful views and easy access to the seaside, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Hotel was beautiful clean well kept, front desk staff were very helpful. One of the waiters in the restaurant was outstanding in service, efficient, friendly and very helpful. I would have given mores stars if the breakfast experience had been better. We waited one hour and fifteen minutes for our breakfast to be served. The eggs were well overcooked. Not enough fruit available. No orange juice we had to ask for it. There did not seem to be enough staff to cope, and they were not very organised, serving other people while others had been waiting a long time. Plenty of room for improvement

The hotel has only been open 3 weeks, but don't think they did a staff stay to rest the hotel. There are a few things that need to be sorted like sticky and hard to open doors, signs by the heating controls, staff training. It was a great stay but is about a 20mon walk into town and about the same to go into Paignton. Thank you to the staff for a lovely stay and we will be back.

The hotel is very new so all the open facilities were in perfect state. Staff are all new and motivated, if not fully trained. All were very keen to serve thier customers. The hotel affords great views over Torbay from the main restaurants, bars and space by lifts. We did not have a seaview room so looked over the railway and neighbours gardens. Our room was well furnished and decorated including a small fridge and coffee machine. It would be nice to have a second chair given it is a double room.
