If being in the heart of old Torquay and strolling to the beach and shops is your ideal holiday then here is just perfect! Our lovely home is a two living townhouse with an upstairs balcony and downstairs private court yard. Just 600m to Fishermans beach and 350m to the local produce shop Peaches - it has a wonderful selection of delicacies.
Ideal for families and couples for sun, surf and strolls taking in all that Torquay and the region has to offer. We can't wait to host you soon!
Our home has ample space for two families with two living areas, two beds rooms downstairs for the children while the parents can unwind in the master and ensuite upstairs. It's newly renovated and filled with natural light from the north facing aspect.
The bed configuration is as follows:
- 1x king with ensuite (upstairs)
- 1x queen and single trundle under bed (downstairs)
- 1x queen and king single bunk (downstairs)
- 1x bathroom (downstairs)
- 1x double sofa bed (downstairs living)
Please note there is a single bed trundle under the queen bed, this converts to a full single bed. There is also a sofa bed that can be used. BYO for your linen for these please.
All linen and towels are provided to ensure your stay is hassle free.
There is a lovely courtyard that you can soak up the sun in or enjoy the bbq on the top deck, a perfect spot for an afternoon drink.
Guests have access to everything including single car garage with internal access. There is also space for parking one car on the drive and plenty of free street parking available too.
No guest access to the locked cupboard under the stairs or upstairs hallway cupboard.
All linen and towels are included in the clean fee - for up to 7 guests. If you wish to book for 8-10 guests please bring your own linen for the single bed trundle under the queen bed and sofa bed. Doonas provided.
Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.
We accept families only, no young groups please.
No events, parties or schoolies accepted.
